Despite the obvious challenges that have existed in aviation for several years now, over 24, 000 aviation enthusiasts showed up in Atlanta, GA for the National Business Aircaft Association’s 63rd annual convention. Participation included 1,083 exhibitors and a sold out static display of 93 aircraft at the DeKalb Peachtree Airport. Both numbers were up from 2009.
Special Services attended with the goal of meeting vendors, brokers, fuel suppliers, clients, view the latest technologies, attend safety seminars and informational seminars, and overall just enjoy meeting and talking with other aviation enthusiasts.
While a lot of uncertainty still exists in the market, there are positive indicators that companies and individuals alike are conitinuing in a forward looking vision, realizing the positive role business aviation plays in their lives. Thanks to all those who worked hard to make this year’s convention a success!
