From the CEO
Businesses that are alive and well in today’s economy are businesses that are not only taking care of the present, but are planning and creatively looking forward.
Revlon just announced the launch of the Touch & Glow product for a glowing complexion leaving skin healthier and smoother.
Intel has introduced the quad-core third generation Intel Core processor claiming delivery of up to two times better 3-D graphic performance.
How about Google and their new service called Google Drive offering consumers 5 gigabytes of storage for free and even more space for a charge?
The new service allows storage of information, digital music to photos on remote internet servers.
The stored data can be accessed at any time with any devices: smart-phones, tablets, and computers.
Special Services (SSC) is also continually looking for ways to increase our market, differentiate service value, and serve the customer better. Not sure whether Revlon will help us much, but certainly devising ways to use technology to increase our efficiency, accessibility, and convenience to clientele will help set us apart as an aviation company.
For sure, SSC must be excited about our services, acting alive and well serving clientele with solutions, listening, dealing with problems and always being helpful. SSC treats every customer as they are our only customer (by the way they think they are).
SSC must care by learning what the customer needs and wants serving them with anticipation. We don’t need to offer the world, but be reliable and good doing what we say we will do in a timely fashion. No superheroes, but simply consistently delivering what we say.
SSC goal is to get the customer dependent on our services by letting them know with service that we care. This is done by consistently delivering exceptional customer care and service. This earns and builds customer confidence that binds customer loyalty.
Beyond safety, it is all about how we serve our customers; after all they are business investors in SSC. We should never think it is none of their business!
Yes, the economy may oppressively down, but SSC is alive and well, looking forward and working hard to offering aviation services at a greater value and convenience than ever before; commonly called the SSC experience.
Thank you investors! Let us know how are we doing!
